SPOKE LINE
The disc is a hyper mesh based on 10 spokes, which has a proven track record in the racing scene. Although it is an ultra-lightweight disc that pursues slimmer spokes and thinner spokes, the rib reinforcement ensures sufficient rigidity and strength. This performance allows you to fully utilize the potential of the latest high-grip tires.
CENTER PART WITH SYMBOLIC DIMPLE
A competition-oriented center part that minimizes the thickness of the hub to reduce weight. Traces of thinning can be seen in details from the spoke intersections to the walls and bottom of the center part. Center cap is optional. If lightness is important to you, the lightweight model is best.
UNDER CUT
The joint between the disc and rim has an undercut design that creates space between the fastener and spokes. This is the key point of lightweight, and by incorporating this, the GTX02 has achieved a weight reduction that is significantly greater than that of conventional products. By the way, the polished finish on the zipper is a feature unique to this undercut design.
FLOW FORMING
It is the rim, not the disc, that determines the strength of the wheel. The inner rim of the GTX02 is flow formed by hot forging using rollers while rotating. By generating grain flow lines (metal flow) within the metal structure, it literally achieves strength and rigidity comparable to forging.
FACE DESIGN
GTX02 has three types of concave shapes with different depths: "STD", "CV", and "SC". Designed with the optimal face line depending on the brake caliper and inset of the target vehicle.
