All wheel merchandise manufactured by Tanabe CO LTD. are warranted against defects in workmanship and materials for a limited period from the time of purchase. All SSR / Vienna products distributed by SSR are warranted for Structural Defect for a period of 3 years from original purchase date and Finish Defect are warranted for a period of 1 year from original purchase date. If any item is suspected of being defective with the warranty time frame a copy of original Invoice, Serial Number and Sticker is needed to process any warranty claim(s) no exceptions. Then a R.A. number will be issued. The R.A Number must be written on the outside of the carton to be returned. Any carton without a proper R.A number will be refused. We will not accept C.O.D. returns unless specified by a SSR representative. Any item determined to be defective will be replaced. On any warranty claims, we will be responsible for SSR / Vienna products only. SSR will not be held responsible for any labor or inconvenience charges.
